
RECEPTIONIST

We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Open and close gates or provide access to visitors as needed
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
• Prepare and process outgoing mail and packages
• Provide basic information to visitors and callers regarding the organization
• Maintain visitor logs and issue badges if required
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• May require sitting for extended periods and occasional standing
