Office Administrator

We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator to join our office in Winter Garden, FL. The office assistant will ensure that our office is supported & daily office operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors professionally and promptly
Sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail
Monitor and restock supplies, organize common areas, and handle basic equipment maintenance.
Assisting with office projects
Assist with internal communications.
Perform other general office duties as needed to support smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Impeccable follow-through and self-motivated
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.
Positive, reliable, and proactive work ethic.
Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 20 hours per week

Compensation:
$20.00 per hour
