Job Title: Service Repair Admin Pay: $16.50 per hour Hours: Monday Friday, 6:30AM 3:30PM (occasional Saturdays required) Start Date: ASAP Looking for a detail-driven role with growth potential in a structured manufacturing environment? Join a local production team as a Service Repair Admin, where you'll play a key role in managing returned equipment, tracking inventory, and supporting repair operations. This is a great entry-level opportunity to build experience in logistics, inventory control, and service operations within a clean, team-oriented setting.
What You'll Do As a Service Repair Admin, you will be responsible for: Receiving, unboxing, and processing returned equipment through RMA (Return Material Authorization) systems Matching paperwork to returned units and organizing items into designated inventory locations Staging products (including handheld and fixed scanners) for repair based on priority timelines Communicating with internal teams via email to resolve discrepancies or issues Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and tracking logs for repair and inventory data Supporting shipping, receiving, and general logistics workflows Assisting with cross-training in additional departments such as fulfillment, audits, and repair processes Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring workflow efficiency Working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and stand for the duration of the shift Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfort working with spreadsheets and tracking systems Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse environments preferred (not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow structured processes and solve problems efficiently Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
