You'll work closely with experienced team members to meet daily production goals and improve your expertise in woodworking and manufacturing processes. What You'll Do As a Wood Production Assembler, you will be responsible for: Using power tools and hand tools to assemble chairs, tables, and spa equipment. Sanding surfaces with hand sanders to achieve a smooth, finished look. Packing assembled parts securely into boxes for shipment. Assisting in upholstery work on pre-assembled items, such as tables and chairs. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills. Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift. Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly. Attention to detail and a safe work approach.
