Payroll Analyst
Location: Hollywood, FL
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (100% Onsite)
Salary Range: $85,000–$105,000 annually

Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Analyst:
- Provide functional and technical payroll expertise during the implementation of Oracle HCM
- Partner with Payroll, HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to design and configure payroll processes
- Ensure payroll system configurations meet business objectives, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
- Lead and support testing efforts, including parallel payroll testing and system validation
- Support report writing, data analysis, and troubleshooting payroll-related issues
- Manage multiple priorities while leading cross-functional initiatives
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing payroll operations
Required Qualifications of the Payroll Analyst:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience
- Knowledge of UKG and SQL preferred
