Staff Accountant
Location: Shoreline, WA (Onsite)
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 DOE

This is a team where accounting plays a key role in keeping the business running efficiently day to day.

This is more than a traditional staff accounting role. You’ll work closely with operations and leadership while helping maintain accurate financials and supporting overall business performance.

The Opportunity

As a Staff Accountant, you’ll support core accounting functions and help ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. This role offers exposure across multiple areas of accounting and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements.

What You’ll Do

  Assist with general ledger activity, journal entries, and account reconciliations

  
  


• 
  

  Support month-end close and financial reporting processes

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of transactions

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense tracking

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with internal teams to support financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  2–4+ years of accounting experience

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of general ledger and month-end processes

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
