Key Responsibilities:
• Own month‑end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
• Lead forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning efforts
• Oversee grant, contract, and billing accounting with compliance focus
• Strengthen internal controls, workflows, and accounting processes
• Partner with leadership on audits, board reporting, and strategic initiatives
• Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team

Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a Controller or senior‑level accounting leader
• Strong expertise in close, reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
• Background in nonprofit, human services, healthcare, or similar environment
• Experience leading teams and improving accounting operations
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
