Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Verifies invoices have accurate allocation before export.


• Monitors accounts, invoices, and vendor payments to clarify any unusual items or prices.


• Responds to vendor inquiries.


• Reconciles vendor statements, researches, and corrects discrepancies.

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• This position requires a High School Diploma


• 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience


• The Accounts Payable Specialist must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
