We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead our clients Business Office and accounting operations. This is a highly visible, mission‑aligned role with excellent benefits and long‑term stability.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Business Office
  • Lead monthly and year‑end close processes
  • Prepare and review financial statements and internal/external reports
  • Manage fund and endowment accounting
  • Coordinate and oversee annual audit and Form 990 preparation
  • Maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies
  • Supervise and support accounting staff (AP, AR, Staff Accountant)
  • Manage banking relationships, cash flow, and account balances
  • Prepare reports for Finance Committee and Board of Trustees

Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA preferred
  • Nonprofit and fund accounting experience required
  • Prior people management experience
  • Strong GAAP, audit, and financial reporting knowledge
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
