Responsibilities
Conduct intake appointments with new clients to gather information, collect documents, and answer procedural questions
Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files
Qualifications
Extreme attention to detail
Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
Customer service or sales experience a plus
Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
