Location: Fresno, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $24 – $34/hour DOE

This is more than a traditional payroll role. You’ll play a key part in processing high-volume payroll, supporting benefits administration, and helping ensure employees across multiple locations are paid accurately and on time.

The Opportunity

As a Payroll Specialist, you’ll manage payroll operations for a large employee population while partnering with finance and HR leadership. This role offers visibility, stability, and the opportunity to contribute within a structured organization.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Process bi-weekly payroll for a multi-location workforce of 1,500+ employees

  
  


• 
  

  Manage payroll data, deductions, garnishments, and employee changes

  
  


• 
  

  Support benefits reconciliation and payroll-related reporting

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with annual audits and payroll compliance documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Supervise one direct report and partner with internal departments as needed

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  3+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines

  
  


• 
  

  Accounting or nonprofit experience is a plus
