Staffing Manager – CFS

As a Staffing Manager, you’ll run a full-cycle recruiting desk: sourcing talent, interviewing candidates, building long-term relationships, and partnering closely with clients and your internal sales team to create successful matches. What You’ll Do

  • Recruit, interview, and build relationships with Accounting, Finance, and HR candidates in your local market

  • Act as a matchmaker between talented professionals and meaningful career opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with clients and your teammates to ensure strong, successful placements

  • Prioritize effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven recruiting process


Who Thrives in This Role

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, recruiting, or business

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven

  • A strong communicator, comfortable engaging with professionals at all levels

  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills

  • Positive, team-oriented, and brings a great sense of humor

  • Able to regularly commute to Fremont neighborhood
