We’re hiring an experienced Accounting Specialist to support day‑to‑day accounting operations in a stable, hands‑on environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well, and enjoys working independently.
What You’ll Do
- Process high‑volume Accounts Payable (3‑way match, invoice entry, weekly check runs)
- Research and resolve discrepancies
- Support cash application and light Accounts Receivable activities
- Work closely with accounting leadership in the ERP system
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong AP background; AR/cash application a plus
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable asking questions
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
