Accounting Specialist (AP/AR)
Location: Tukwila, WA (Onsite | Part-Time – 30 hrs/week)
Pay Range: $54,080–$62,400 DOE

We’re partnering with a stable, well-established manufacturing company in Tukwila to hire an Accounting Specialist who can take ownership of both AP/AR functions while supporting a dynamic front office.

What You’ll Do:

  Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (invoicing, collections, vendor payments)

  Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry

  
  


• 
  

  Serve as a front office presence, supporting calls, visitors, and coordination

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve billing issues

  
  


• 
  

  Support administrative functions to keep operations running smoothly

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  5+ years of experience in an Accounting Specialist or similar role

  
  


• 
  

  Strong ownership of AP/AR processes

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with invoicing, collections, and vendor management

  
  


• 
  

  Solid understanding of accounting principles and systems

  
  


• 
  

  Manufacturing experience strongly preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
