Salary Range: $54,080 – $62,400 DOE

Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support high-volume AP operations in a fast-paced environment. This Accounts Payable Specialist role offers strong team collaboration and visibility across departments, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and timeliness
Perform 3-way matching (invoice, PO, receiving)
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with check runs and ACH payments
Support month-end close activities related to AP
Requirements:
Education: Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role
Experience with high-volume invoice processing
Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail
