Payroll Administrator
A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to support full‑cycle, in‑house payroll in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who is comfortable managing complex payroll processes and collaborating across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for a large, multi‑department workforce
- Support union and non‑union payroll, including deductions, benefits, and reporting
- Handle manual payroll tasks, garnishments, new hires, and terminations
- Ensure payroll accuracy across multiple cost centers and job numbers
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, and operational leaders
Qualifications
- Healthcare payroll experience preferred
- Strong full‑cycle, in‑house payroll background
- Union payroll experience a plus
- Experience with large ERP payroll systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, collaborative team player
