Salary: $110,000 - $125,000

Position Overview


The Controller is a critical member of the finance leadership team, responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvements across a global organization. This role partners closely with the CFO, supports strategic initiatives, and helps scale the finance function as the business grows.




Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, AR, and close processes

  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards

  • Lead process improvement initiatives, automation, and reporting enhancements

  • Support ERP optimization and ongoing systems improvements

  • Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives

  • Support integration efforts related to acquisitions and business growth

  • Manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff




Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Experience in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role

  • Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting

  • ERP experience required (Infor LN a plus)

  • Process driven mindset with comfort leveraging automation and technology

  • Hands on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
