Schedule: Monday–Friday
Compensation: $120,000–$190,000 + Performance Bonus

What You’ll Lead



  • Oversee all accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and property-level accounting

  • Direct month-end and year-end close; prepare and review consolidated GAAP financial statements

  • Maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and audit preparedness

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across the portfolio

  • Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and capital expenditure oversight

  • Own finance systems strategy and drive implementation and process improvements

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a growing accounting team while partnering cross-functionally with operations




What You Bring



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years at the Controller or senior leadership level

  • Property-level accounting experience required

  • Background in senior living, assisted living, healthcare, multifamily, or other multi-site environments preferred

  • Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls expertise

  • Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with modern accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Ramp, Yardi, Sage Intacct)

  • A leadership mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
