Payroll / Accounting Specialist
Salary: $60,000–$62,000
Location: Rockland, MA – Fully in‑office
Perk: Enjoy an early start to your weekend with Fridays ending at 2:30–3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Payroll
- Verify and process employee timesheets
- Reconcile and journalize payroll entries
- Manage bonuses, deductions, and adjustments
- Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries accurately and professionally
Accounts Receivable
- Generate and manage customer invoices
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up to support timely collections
- Maintain accurate financial records to support cash flow
Employee Relations / HR Support
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding efforts
- Support employee development initiatives
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and exits
- Maintain and update the employee handbook
Additional Support
- Serve as backup for Accounts Payable and receptionist functions as needed
Background & Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in payroll and/or accounting or open to recent graduates with relevant coursework or internship experience
- Exposure to a small company environment preferred
- Experience with any major ERP system
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
