What You’ll Own

• Full property accounting cycle, including journal entries, accruals, and general ledger management
• Preparation of monthly financial statements with clear, accurate reporting
• Month‑end close responsibilities, ensuring timely and complete deliverables
• Bank reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies across multiple accounts
• Treasury management, including cash monitoring, transfers, and payment oversight
• Support for audits, budgeting, and portfolio‑level financial analysis

What You Bring

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong experience in property accounting or real estate‑focused financial roles
• Proficiency in financial statement preparation, month‑end close, and reconciliations
• Solid understanding of cash management and treasury processes
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple properties
