What You’ll Own


📌 Full‑Cycle Accounting & Month‑End Close




  • Lead core general accounting activities across multiple SaaS revenue streams




  • Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations




  • Produce accurate divisional financial statements and monthly reporting packages




  • Support cash management, ad hoc analysis, and special projects




📄 Contract Review & Revenue Support




  • Review customer contracts to ensure proper accounting treatment




  • Partner with Accounting and FP&A to support revenue accuracy and compliance




  • Help strengthen processes around contract intake, documentation, and approvals




  • Identify risks or inconsistencies in contract terms that impact financial reporting




📊 Operational Excellence & Collaboration




  • Work directly with the Accounting Manager and CFO on process improvements




  • Support system enhancements and leverage a modern ERP environment




  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams




  • Contribute to a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement





What You Bring


Required




  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field




  • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience




  • Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month‑end close




  • Experience reviewing customer contracts or supporting revenue‑related workflows




  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, SaaS‑oriented environment




Preferred




  • Experience with a larger ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Workday, etc.)




  • SaaS or subscription‑based business experience




  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with cross‑functional teams
