Job Title: HR Administrator

Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 (DOE)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in downtown Columbus. This role is fully onsite and provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources. The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring a positive employee experience.


Responsibilities




  • Monitor and respond to HR-related emails in a timely and professional manner




  • Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion




  • Assist employees with questions regarding benefits, policies, and procedures




  • Support the creation, implementation, and communication of HR standards and processes




  • Maintain accurate records and employee data within the HRIS system




  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed




Requirements




  • Prior exposure to Human Resources through coursework, internship, or work experience




  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills




  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field




  • Proficiency with HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar tools preferred
