*This is a fully onsite position, target salary 100k-120k based off experience level*

Specific responsibilities Assistant Controller:

• Manage month-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, fixed assets, prepaid(s) and accruals, revenue recognition and financial statement preparation


• Prepare budgets / forecasts and provide ongoing financial reporting and analysis to support management decision-making


• Familiarity with job costing, WIP and inventory


• Ability to conduct account analysis and account reconciliation to identify discrepancies


• Prepare all work papers for external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation


• Protects assets by establishing, monitoring and enforcing internal controls


• Ability to assist other departments when needed (hands-on) and perform other related duties as assigned


• Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed

• The position works effectively and relates well with others including superiors, colleagues and individuals inside and outside the Company

Experience Preferred- Assistant Controller

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance


• 7-10 years of experience


• Prior experience working in a manufacturing setting
