What You’ll Do

• Prepare and post journal entries and manage daily credits and debits


• Reconcile the general ledger and support accurate month‑end reporting


• Perform grant reconciliations and ensure compliance with funding requirements


• Analyze revenue, expenses, and balance sheet activity


• Manage fixed asset tracking and depreciation

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of accounting experience


• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills


• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross‑functionally
