Responsibilities of the AP/AR Manager include but are not limited to:



  • Prepare weekly check run

  • Print all in-house payments

  • Create/upload check file to 3rd part AP processor (Avid)

  • Maintain all utility payments by setting up for ACH and ensuring invoices are posted monthly

  • Maintain all credit card payments and ensuring invoices are posted monthly

  • Create Tenant charges import file based on Rent Roll

  • Post check payments, ACH, wires

  • Create monthly salary timesheet rebill


Background Expected of the AP/AR Manager :



  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 5+years of relevant accounting experience preferred

  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and an ability to learn new technology

  • Excellent communication, administrative and customer services skills
