We are seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to support warehouse and distribution operations in Commerce, GA. This role is responsible for safely operating stand-up forklifts (reach trucks/order pickers) to move, locate, stack, and track materials within a fast-paced facility.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and prior forklift experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate stand-up forklifts, including reach trucks and/or order pickers, in a safe and efficient manner
Move materials throughout the warehouse, including loading, unloading, and put-away
Accurately pick and stage orders based on work instructions or RF scanner systems
Perform inventory tasks such as cycle counting and product verification
Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all safety procedures, policies, and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
Previous experience operating a stand-up forklift (reach truck preferred)
Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable working at heights (if using order picker)
Basic math and reading skills for inventory and order picking
RF scanner experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and safety

May include varying temperatures depending on the facility
Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
