Responsibilities
Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, ATD Master Instructional Designer Certified (ATD) - Accredited Issuing Body, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range
$32.76 - $57.47
