Under the supervision of the Office Manager, the Front Desk Administrative Assistant performs front office reception duties and a variety of administrative support tasks. Performance is evaluated based on the ability to present a positive first impression, judged on accuracy and efficiency in completing the tasks.

About the Role
Essential Functions:
Present a positive first impression for clients and guests whether answering company calls or greeting guests.
Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, faxes, messages and courier deliveries.
Maintain general office and break room appearance.
Maintain office and break room supplies.
File, maintain, scan and update records using firm technologies.
Assist with firm-sponsored events, in-house luncheons and staff meetings.
Complete other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working at a professional services firm.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Skills
Advanced attention to detail
Ability to perform work with little or no supervision.
Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, and writing skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to utilize resources available to complete assigned projects.
Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office suite. xywuqvp
Familiarity with overall company operations and an ability to understand correlations between internal operating departments.
