Responsibilities
Electrical Systems Expertise : Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, repair, and installation of 3-phase distribution equipment, PLCs, robots, servo motors, and building electrical systems.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance : Ability to develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for machines and facilities.
Blueprint & Diagram Interpretation : Competence in reading and applying blueprints, schematics, and control diagrams.
Project Management : Planning, budgeting, scheduling, and managing resources for electrical projects.
Compliance & Safety : Deep understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, hazardous waste handling, and environmental standards.
Computer Literacy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation, reporting, scheduling, and communications.
Inventory Management : Managing electrical parts, tools, and consumables to minimize downtime.
Record Keeping & Documentation : Maintaining accurate logs of inspections, repairs, tests, and compliance activities.
Team Leadership : Supervising, training, and developing technical
on-technical staff; proven ability to lead crews.
Recruitment & Performance Management : Hiring, onboarding, conducting evaluations, handling grievances, and managing disciplinary actions.
Budget & Vendor Management : Overseeing electrical maintenance budgets, negotiating with vendors, reviewing bids and proposals.
Decision-Making & Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot electrical issues, and drive process improvements.
Change Management : Ability to implement and sustain improvements, foster innovation, and introduce new processes.
