What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a seamless, well-functioning workplace
Evaluate and improve workspace layout, utilization, and overall efficiency
Lead office-related projects from planning through execution, including timelines and budgets
Partner with vendors (furniture, food services, tech, etc.) to enhance the office environment
Coordinate workplace initiatives that support collaboration, productivity, and employee satisfaction
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to align workspace solutions with business needs
Track and assess the success of workplace improvements and initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in
office management or workplace operations
Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and administrative functions
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to handle multiple priorities independently and adapt quickly
High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Bonus Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
