The Day-to-Day:
Lead end‑to‑end office moves and buildouts, partnering with vendors, contractors, and leadership to bring new spaces to life.
Oversee daily workplace operations, ensuring a polished, efficient, and welcoming environment.
Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and facilities processes with a strong eye for detail.
Drive workplace strategy, optimizing space planning and employee experience as the company scales.
Support internal events, team gatherings, and culture‑building initiatives.
Must‑Have Experience:
Proven experience managing office moves and buildouts from planning through execution.
Background in high‑growth tech or fast‑paced environments.
Strong vendor management and operational leadership skills.
