EPC Project Manager III (High Voltage Distribution)

We’re looking for a seasoned
EPC Project Manager III
to join a growing High Voltage Distribution (HVD) Program Management team supporting critical electric infrastructure projects.
This is a high-impact role managing a large portfolio of distribution projects (not transmission or power generation) and working cross-functionally with engineering, construction, supply chain, and environmental teams to deliver essential grid improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage
100+ active work orders/projects
simultaneously ($30M–$60M total portfolio value)
Lead projects
end-to-end : planning → design → procurement → field execution
Oversee
electric distribution projects
(46kV & 138kV), including:
Pole replacements & pole-top assemblies
Line rebuilds and long-distance rehabilitation
Line sensors and infrastructure upgrades
Translate field data into
clear, actionable reports and insights
Support
project controls activities
(scope, cost, schedule oversight)
Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across disciplines
Contribute to emerging projects (drones, fencing, transformer replacements, expansions)
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of project management experience
(EPC or infrastructure preferred)
Strong ability to manage
complex, high-volume project portfolios
Experience working with
data, reporting, and analytics
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(Power BI is a strong plus)
Utility or electrical background preferred (but not required)
Experience with tools like
Unifier
or
ProjectWise
is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree
not required
