
Human Resources Information System Analyst (New York)

Our client is a financial services firm in Manhattan and they are looking for an HRIS Analyst to join their team.
This role is hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a key resource for HR systems like ADP Workforce Now, HiBob, and Cornerstone LMS
Support day-to-day system administration, helping ensure data accuracy, smooth functionality, and a positive user experience
Create and maintain HR reports and dashboards, with a focus on making data easy to use and actionable
Collaborate with teams across HR, Finance, and IT to improve processes and workflows
Assist with system updates, enhancements, and integrations
Help troubleshoot system questions and partner with vendors when needed
Look for opportunities to simplify processes and introduce automation where it makes sense
Document methodologies and ensure audit-ready reporting processes
Qualifications:
3–8 years of experience working with HRIS systems, with an emphasis on automation and reporting
Experience with ADP is important for success in this role
Familiarity with HiBob and Cornerstone is a plus; we value candidates who are comfortable working across multiple HR systems
Bachelor’s degree preferred
The annual base salary range is $65,000-$85,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
