Front Office Receptionist
Overview
We’re seeking a polished, professional Receptionist to support a busy office environment and deliver a consistently positive front desk experience. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-service focused, adaptable, and comfortable shifting priorities throughout the day.
Compensation
Base salary: $60,000–$65,000
Key Responsibilities
Provide front desk coverage and serve as a welcoming first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors
Answer and route calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Support basic office coordination needs, including helping with space/room scheduling and general workplace requests
Partner with internal teams to escalate and help resolve day-to-day office issues as they arise
Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional front desk and nearby common areas
Provide additional administrative support to teams as needed
Qualifications
Prior experience in a customer-facing office, administrative, hospitality, or reception setting
Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Strong organization, reliability, and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling a variety of tasks
