$60,000–$80,000 + 8% annual bonus eligibility
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Systems Analyst to manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for a growing, multi‑state workforce. This role is responsible for accurate, timely payroll for approximately 200+ employees with the majority of whom are full‑time, with minimal contract labor.
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll for approximately 200+ employees
Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely submission for salaried and hourly employees
Manage payroll adjustments, corrections, and off‑cycle payrolls as needed
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll‑related questions from employees and management
Administer and maintain the HRIS system

Partner with HR and leadership to troubleshoot system issues and implement process improvements
Ensure data integrity across payroll and HR systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in payroll processing and HRIS administration.
Multi-state payroll experience strongly preferred.
Payroll or HR certifications (FPC, CPP, SHRM, PHR) a plus but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting payroll through an HRIS environment
Prior ownership of payroll reporting and audits
Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (nice to have, not required)
