junior to mid-level Litigation Associate

for its

Products Liability practice in Atlanta .
The Role

Youll be part of a high-performing litigation team handling

complex matters involving products liability, medical malpractice, and pharmaceutical or medical device litigation .
This is a hands-on role with meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to grow quickly within a sophisticated practice.
Key Responsibilities

Draft

pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
Conduct

legal research and case analysis
Support and participate in

depositions and trial preparation
Manage

discovery processes , including document review and production
Collaborate with senior attorneys on

case strategy and execution
Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Georgia Bar admission
2+ years of litigation experience , ideally in:

Products liability
Medical malpractice
Pharmaceutical or medical device litigation

Strong

writing and analytical skills
Experience with

motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation
Ability to thrive in a
