Estate Planning Associate

Shuffield, Lowman & Wilson, a full-service AV‑Rated law firm, has immediate need in its Orlando office for an estate planning attorney with 3 to 5 years’ experience in our High Net Worth Planning group. The candidate must have an LL.M. in Tax, strong experience in drafting estate planning documents including revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable planning, and tax mitigation strategies. Must be comfortable working closely with clients while providing excellent communication and strategies to address client goals. This position requires a substantial presence in the office.
