Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support our attorneys through all phases of litigation. This hybrid role is based out of our Cleveland office and offers the flexibility of working three days in office and two days remotely each week. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, collaboration, and hands‑on involvement in case preparation.

What You’ll Do
Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and co-defense counsel
Review, organize, and manage incoming discovery
Draft discovery requests, responses, and related correspondence
Prepare document productions and summarize records, transcripts, and discovery materials
Create page‑and‑line deposition summaries
Assist with case strategy discussions and attend round‑table meetings
Obtain and research background information on parties involved in litigation
Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files
Prepare subpoenas, authorizations, exhibit lists, and trial exhibits
Coordinate with third‑party vendors (court reporters, record services, etc.)
Conduct electronic filings and ensure deadlines are met

Requirements
Associate’s Degree with a Paralegal Certificate or a Bachelor’s Degree
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
High attention to detail and professionalism
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
Ohio Notary certification
