Are you a strong leader with a passion for construction and agriculture? We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent to oversee field operations and drive successful project execution. This is a direct hire position with a reputable and growing Nebraska-based company.
This role requires travel to project sites during the week, with the ability to be home on weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance
Lead and mentor field teams to ensure productivity, accountability, and high-quality workmanship
Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates and address challenges
Monitor project budgets, track costs, and support accurate financial reporting
Ensure all work meets project specifications, timelines, and quality standards
Qualifications
5+ years of construction experience (agriculture experience preferred)
Proven ability to lead crews and manage jobsite operations
Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and safety regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
