Primary Purpose
Assist students in the development of job related skills and tasks. Assist employer and student in maintaining communication and satisfaction with job performance. Work under the supervision of a certified teacher.

Qualifications
Education / Certification

High school diploma or GED (experience preferred)

Valid Texas Educational Aide certificate

Special Knowledge / Skills

Meet the needs of students with disabilities in assigned positions

Work well with students

Work flexible hours to meet student job coaching needs
