Human Resources Manager - Manufacturing
Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 per year

We’re investing in the people behind the work and are looking for a Human Resources Manager who’s excited to build an HR function from the ground up and partner closely with leadership.
What You’ll Do
Build and lead all core HR functions: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, training, and compliance
Champion company culture by creating a strong HR foundation that supports flexibility, fairness, and team engagement
Develop and maintain policies, employee handbook, and HR workflows
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including labor, wage/hour, OSHA, and WA L&I/DOSH safety regulations
Partner with the Safety & Environmental team on injury reporting, safety training, and compliance documentation
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff across all levels of the organization
Track and report on key HR and safety metrics to support decision‑making
Oversee or help select HR systems (HRIS, timekeeping, payroll platforms) to streamline operations and enhance accuracy
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Proven ability to establish HR policies, systems, and infrastructure from the ground up
Knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and workplace safety (OSHA and WA L&I/DOSH)
Strong collaboration skills, especially with operations or EHS leaders
Familiarity with HR software platforms (HRIS, payroll, timekeeping)—prior implementation or selection experience is a plus but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
