Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Consumer Electronics Brand, with the unique chance to work in Greece. In this pivotal role, you will provide exemplary support to our German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to a wide range of consumer electronics products.
Your fluency in German will be essential as you help customers navigate product features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they have a seamless shopping experience. You will play a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty within the rapidly evolving consumer electronics market.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer service in German through phone, email, and chat regarding consumer electronics inquiries
Assist customers in understanding product specifications, availability, and order processes
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to enhance product usage
Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
Gather feedback from customers to improve our product offerings and services
Stay informed about the latest trends in consumer electronics to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in consumer electronics or technology, is preferred
Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Genuine interest in consumer electronics and technology
Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
