Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for operating machinery, setting up machines according to specifications, and ensuring production meets quality standards. You will also be involved in training and executing trials while maintaining accurate quality documentation.
Shift Schedule
1 st shift: 6am-4:30pm (Monday — Thursday)
2 nd shift: 4pm-2:30am (Monday — Thursday)
Responsibilities
Set up machines according to specifications and best practices to meet production requirements.
Convert the correct materials as per work order specifications.
Execute trials and accurately record results as needed.
Ensure quality documents are completed and legible at appropriate stages of production.
Train Manufacturing Associates using the passport program.
Work towards completing the passport program Manufacturing Operator I.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montpelier, VT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.25 – $20.00/hr.
