Seeking a
Program Delivery Coordinator
to support the delivery of
IT talent
for clients in
highly regulated industries , including
utilities and energy . This role partners closely with account leadership to execute
full‑cycle recruiting
and ensure timely, high‑quality candidate delivery aligned to client expectations.
This position is ideal for a
self‑starter recruiter or delivery professional
who thrives in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment and takes full ownership of requisition delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Own
full‑cycle recruiting
for IT roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Partner with account leadership to understand
client needs, technical skill requirements, and hiring priorities
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across
software, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and infrastructure
roles
Manage interview scheduling and act as the primary point of contact for candidates
Deliver an excellent candidate experience through proactive, timely communication
Track recruiting activity and pipeline health using
ATS/VMS tools
Support onboarding processes, including
background checks and compliance requirements
common to regulated industries
Proactively communicate delivery status, risks, and progress while meeting aggressive timelines
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience
in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
Experience recruiting for
IT / technical roles
Proven ability to operate independently in a
high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail
Demonstrated sense of
urgency, accountability, and ownership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting
utilities, energy, or other regulated industry clients
Familiarity with
compliance‑driven hiring processes
(background checks, drug screens, etc.)
Experience in a
client‑facing or account support
role
Understanding of technical skill sets and certifications (cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure)
Additional Details
Location:
New Jersey
(candidate must be local/commutable)
Hybrid schedule: typically
1–2 days onsite per week
No clearance required
