**Reports to:** F&B Manager & F&B Director

• Supervise, train, and develop front-of-house staff across all outlets and events
• Lead by example to promote a positive, high-performing team culture
• Schedule, evaluate, and support team members to ensure productivity and service excellence **Service & Guest Experience**
• Deliver food and beverage service aligned with club standards
• Handle member and guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and presentation-ready **Operations & Administration**
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and service charge distribution
• Monitor revenue, labor, and cost controls to meet budget goals
• Generate POS reports, complete daily closeouts, and oversee member billing
• Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and products across all outlets
• Requisition and manage supply flow from kitchens and storerooms **Events & Outlet Oversight**
• Oversee food & beverage service for events and daily operations
• Assist with execution of club events, banquets, and special functions
• Collaborate with culinary and leadership teams to enhance offerings and service **Safety & Compliance**
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments
• Identify hazards and enforce safety protocols across all areas## Qualifications **What Makes You a Great Fit**

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of related experience; 1+ year in a supervisory role preferred
• Food safety and alcohol service certifications required
• Strong understanding of food & beverage operations and cost controls--- **Physical Requirements**
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching (up to 50 lbs)
• Work in indoor/outdoor, hot, humid, and high-noise environments
