
Quality Manager

Our client is hiring for a Quality Manager to oversee quality systems to ensure products meet established standards and customer requirements. This role analyzes performance data, leads continuous improvement efforts, and supports audit readiness and manufacturing excellence
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and sustain quality control programs, procedures, and documentation to ensure reliable product performance.
Analyze quality and production data using statistical and analytical methods to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Own and administer the Quality Management System (QMS), including internal audits, corrective actions, and process compliance.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem?solving techniques and root?cause analysis.
Serve as a quality resource to operations and leadership, providing guidance on standards, procedures, and best practices.
Investigate customer feedback and quality concerns, coordinating corrective and preventive actions as needed.
Develop, track, and communicate quality metrics aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate and manage external audits and recertification activities
Train, mentor, and support quality team members to ensure consistent application of quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field preferred.
7-10 years of quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement effective corrective actions.
Demonstrated experience leading quality initiatives and collaborating across departments.
Working knowledge of quality systems, core quality tools, and continuous improvement principles.
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and tooling concepts preferred.
Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies a plus.
Hands?on knowledge of precision measurement tools and inspection equipment preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
