Job Overview
This role supports federal science agency HR modernization for clients such as the National Science Foundation (NSF) and other Government and Public Services Sector entities. The Analyst will deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation, process automation, advanced analytics, and business intelligence while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with federal human capital management policies.
Location: Mid Atlantic Region, Alexandria, VA (Hybrid & on/off client site).
Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency, data‑driven decision‑making, and service delivery.
Lead human capital program evaluations following HRStat, OPM guidelines, and GPRA Modernization Act standards.
Support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal HC management policies.
Facilitate integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools.
Produce documentation, insights, dashboards, and compliance evidence for NSF decision‑making.
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation for HC Evaluation Frameworks.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Policy/HR or related field.
5+ years experience in policy analysis.
Proficiency with human capital policy, HRStat, GPRA, and OPM guidelines.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
