Compensation
The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive quality reviews of Adult Protective Services (APS) cases from initial intake through supervisory case review to ensure compliance and consistency.

Provide education, feedback, and guidance to APS team members to support best practices and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with field supervisors, system experts, and policy/training staff to assess the effectiveness of current policies and training, and recommend improvements based on quality review findings.

Assist in developing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that evaluate processes, highlight successes, and identify areas for improvement.

Work closely with the APS Quality Assurance team, APS management, and field staff to advance efforts toward establishing a robust APS Quality Assurance Program.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative while contributing effectively in a team environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience (Substitutions may be allowed.)

Advanced knowledge of Adult Protective Services (APS) practices and policies preferred.
