Clinical Manager
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness across Arizona.
Job Summary
A licensed behavioral health professional who meets all credentialing requirements and is in good standing with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners will act as Clinical Manager. The Clinical Manager will provide clinical supervision, conduct scheduled staffings and unscheduled consultations, deliver required clinical trainings, and review assessments with BHP sign‑off. The role collaborates with the Clinical Director to develop training, ensure clinical programming aligns with policy and regulations, and guarantee effective, efficient service delivery to patients and the community.
Responsibilities
• Provide clinical supervision to licensed clinical staff.
• Deliver and coordinate clinical trainings during New Employee Orientation and throughout the year.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled clinical staffings and on‑call clinical consultations.
• Review behavioral health assessments, risk assessments, and provide feedback with BHP sign‑off.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Clinical Operations team to align programming with policy, regulations, and contract requirements.
Education and Experience Required
Master’s degree in a behavioral health-related field and licensed at the associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor.
1‑3 years of full‑time Behavioral Health Care related experience is preferred but not required.
Licensure at the Associate or Independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor.
Fingerprint clearance card.
Current Arizona driving license.
Clear 39‑month motor vehicle record.
