You start with a floor walk: safety checks, a glance at the KPI board, and a quick huddle with production, quality, and maintenance. By mid‑morning, you’re shoulder‑to‑shoulder with engineering and drafting, reviewing drawings and GD&T to ensure designs translate cleanly to the line. The afternoon brings a kaizen blitz on scrap reduction, a capital project review, and coaching supervisors across shifts. It’s full operational ownership with the autonomy to modernize—and executive support to make it stick.

Compensation & Benefits
Base compensation: $110,000 - $135,000

Your Core Impact
Own daily plant operations across production, quality, safety, and maintenance
Partner with engineering/drafting to validate manufacturability and close the gap from CAD to the factory floor
Lift throughput, reduce scrap, and advance KPI performance
Build and develop supervisors and frontline teams across multiple shifts
Manage budgets, equipment, materials, and capital projects
Deploy Lean, 5S, and targeted process‑improvement initiatives

What You Bring
5–10+ years leading in a manufacturing environment
Hands‑on experience with engineering drawings and GD&T, collaborating closely with drafting teams
Depth in Lean, continuous improvement, or process optimization
A track record of boosting plant performance and leading teams through change
Ability to shape culture, champion safety, and drive operational excellence

CAD software literacy
Manufacturing Instructions (MI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Supervisory experience
OSHA 10‑Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
Mechanical design and engineering familiarity
Six Sigma experience

ERP & MRP systems
Production planning and scheduling
Workplace safety and EHS management

Tools & Technologies
2D drawings (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
